North West Roof Surveys is a member of the Property Care Association (PCA) and is part of TrustMark, the Government endorsed quality scheme. We also hold professional indemnity insurance, and we remain fully independent — we never carry out repair work.
Most of our work is pre-purchase roof inspections: independent reports for buyers, and for the lenders and solicitors who need to know the condition of the roof before exchange. Where a lender asks for spray foam insulation to be assessed by a PCA member, we can do that too.

North West Roof Surveys provides fully independent roof inspections across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, South Lancashire, Merseyside and Cumbria. Each report is prepared to the standard required by mortgage lenders, surveyors and insurers, giving you clear, professional evidence to proceed with confidence. We are members of the Property Care Association and TrustMark, and hold professional indemnity insurance.
Our surveys assess all key elements including tiles or slates, chimney stacks, fascia boards, gutters, flashings, and roof windows. We use high-resolution photography — and drone technology where appropriate — to ensure nothing is missed.
Every survey is priced on its own merits, depending on your requirements, the property and the distance travelled. More extensive work, such as a CPR Part 35 report, is quoted separately.
