Once a survey has been booked, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel. Failure to provide the required minimum notice period will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the agreed survey fee.

We aim to issue all invoices by email on the next working day following our attendance at the property in question. Subject to cleared funds being received, we aim to release the completed survey report within 48 hours of invoice payment. No survey report will be released until full payment has been received.

Where we are required to collect and/or return keys from an estate agent’s office or similar location, an additional charge of £10 per journey will generally apply, subject to said office being located within no more than approximately 2.5 miles of the property in question.

If we arrange to meet an estate agent, vendor, tenant, or other representative at a property and they fail to attend or grant access as agreed, a charge equivalent to 50% of the agreed survey fee will become payable. Should we then be required to revisit the property at a later date in order to complete the inspection, the full agreed survey fee will be payable.
